We accept exchanges/returns on regular priced products for same item or store credit, within 14 days of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are shipped free of charge within North America for exchanges of equal value. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Products must be returned in the condition received. Returns received in poor condition, such as with pet hair, stains or water damage will be rejected. In the event your return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for return shipping, or we will recycle the damaged goods on your behalf. We do not accept returns with the intent to repurchase at a discounted price. Items may only be exchanged once.
Please note that due to their nature, all edibles/consumables, clearance and sale products are final sale not eligible for exchange or return. Products purchased using a coupon code are eligible for exchange/return.
Reports of damaged merchandise or missing merchandise must be made within one week of delivery. We will be happy to provide a replacement for the same product and/or size free of charge. Damaged merchandise will only be replaced if unused, unread, unwashed, unworn with tags intact. Replacements will be sent as what in stated in the original order.
